President
Brian Eldridge is a dedicated law enforcement professional and the President of the Mesa County Deputy Sheriff Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #75, representing the committed deputies and staff who serve the residents of Mesa County. A proud graduate of Colorado Mesa University, Brian began his public service career as a Seasonal Police Officer with Colorado Parks and Wildlife, where his passion for community engagement and public safety was first put into action.
Brian went on to join the Mesa County Sheriff's Office, where he has served with distinction in a wide range of roles. His assignments have included Patrol Deputy, Field Training Officer, Firearms Instructor, Master Taser Instructor, Intelligence Officer, Patrol Supervisor, and Supervisor of the Crime Reduction Unit. In each of these positions, Brian has demonstrated a strong commitment to officer development, operational readiness, and proactive policing strategies aimed at reducing crime and building safer communities.
As President, Brian brings a steady, experienced voice to the table - advocating for the safety, rights, and professional interests of the men and women who serve Mesa County. He is deeply committed to supporting those who wear the badge and to strengthening the trust between law enforcement and the public.
